Welcome to VITAL. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order with VITAL, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

VITAL is an Australian online retailer offering healthcare apparel, including scrub tops, scrub pants, scrub sets and related products.

2. Products
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, sizing information and other details for all VITAL products.
While we take reasonable care to display colours accurately, the colour shown on your device may vary slightly from the physical product due to screen settings, lighting and photography.
Product measurements may also have minor variations due to manufacturing processes.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and VITAL Size Guide before placing an order.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Current prices may be changed from time to time without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by VITAL.
Where a promotional or bundle price is offered, the discount applies according to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
4. VITAL Scrub Sets
Customers may purchase selected VITAL scrub tops and pants separately or as a VITAL Scrub Set where available.
Where the website permits separate top and pant sizing, customers may select different sizes for each component of their set.
Customers are responsible for checking both their selected top size and pant size before completing checkout.
5. Orders
Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- an item is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product information error;
- payment cannot be processed;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
- we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed, unless otherwise expressly stated.
VITAL does not directly store complete payment card information where payment is processed by our third-party payment providers.
7. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep inventory information accurate. However, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund where applicable.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed on our website or at checkout where applicable.
Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Circumstances outside VITAL's reasonable control may affect delivery times.

9. Change of Mind
Unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, VITAL does not provide refunds or returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, selected an incorrect size or colour, or no longer wants the product.
This change-of-mind policy does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
11. Size Guide
VITAL provides a Size Guide to assist customers when selecting their garments.
Measurements identified as garment measurements refer to measurements of the garment itself rather than body measurements.
Customers should review the relevant size information before purchasing. Fit may vary depending on body shape and personal fit preference.
Minor manufacturing tolerances may occur between individual garments.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders; and
- promotions may have specified start and end dates or stock limitations.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content appearing on the VITAL website—including our branding, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, artwork, website content and original designs—is owned by or licensed to VITAL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

The current version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated. Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively alter completed purchases except where required by law.
